On behalf of the Management, I heartily welcome all our new students to our serene, and beautiful campus of the Spiritan University College, Ejisu. This University-College is among the topmost private universities in Ghana.  You should thus feel privileged to be a part of this noble academic institution.  The Spiritan University-College is a vital agent for development in Ghana, Africa and the world through our teaching, research, and innovation programmes.  Our faculty, staff, and alumni have become synonymous with progress; influencing social, economic, political and technological innovation.

Campus life here at SUC  is an integral part of our educational experience.  It is enriched by the diversity of students and faculty across West Africa, engaging academic and practical activities, recreation and socialization, vibrant student governance and creative networking.  While enjoying the many learning opportunities for personal capacity development during your study period here at Ejisu as a student, you have a role to be responsible in your actions in order to  uphold as well as to uplift in a positive manner, the image of the Spiritan University College wherever you are and always.

As the Dean, my office offers a proactive and responsive representation to the College about ways of enhancing the quality of students’ life.  Any issue that entails you as a student also concerns my office and I promise to work with you through them during your studies and stay here at the Spiritan University College.  To this end, my office aims to maintain cordial relations among the various student groups and the student body as a whole, so that all students obtain the maximum benefit from their university experience. The Office carries out this through support, provision of resources, advocacy, innovative programmes and needed referrals for students and all stakeholders.  In sum, my office as the Dean of Students aims to empower our students to be active global citizens and to enhance the overall student experience in serene and safe.

As such, I encourage you all to enjoy your University life to the fullest and always know that if there is any attitude that inhibits progress, the defeatist attitude will be chief.  I will thus, entreat you, our most cherished students to put on a positive attitude throughout your stay on our campus and challenge yourself to succeed and see how great you become!

You will enjoy your study period at the Spiritan University College if you keep to the rules and regulations spelt out in the students’ handbook.  Do avail yourself to the many student support services provided by the University.  Be assured that the doors of your various departments, HODs, and that of my office are open to you to help address any challenges you may encounter.

Now, let the sky be your limit! Go out there, study hard, enjoy your stay at SUC, make friends, engage in some sports, and other diverse extra curriculum activities to help discover yourself and build your personal qualities.  I wish you all the best in your studies at Ejisu
